Even though I have been absolutely terrible about keeping up with this blog, I do like to do the annual New Year post if I can. It's such a nice way to look back on the year that was and look forward to the year that will be.
Highlights of the year:
* Trip to Peru
* Jack starting second grade with a wonderful class and teachers
* Jack taking - and liking! - piano lessons
* Jack's awesome soccer and baseball seasons
* Violet starting preschool - I finally have some free time in the mornings!
* Violet making progress in learning to read
* Violet's first soccer season and tap and ballet classes
* Violet learning how to ride her bike
Things to look forward to:
* Violet starting kindergarten
* Possible trip to Italy
* Violet's first T-ball season
* All the cool stuff both kids get to do both in and out of school
* More fun with friends
