We recently went up to the Bay Area, and Jack got to spend some quality time with his grandparents. He had a ball with his Ammah and Appah (Jack-ese for "Grandpa"). Every time he sees pictures of them, he calls out "Ammah! Appah!"
He also loves his Auntie Renee (also known as "Annay"). We talk to her on the phone a lot, because every time he sees my cell phone, he demands, "Annay! Annay!"
(Any relatives jealous of Jack's affections should CALL MORE OFTEN. :) )
We spend our days hanging out with friends. He loves Miguel ("Dell"), Shane ("Hane"), Charlotte ("Dadot"), Jakob (also "Dadot" - you have to pay attention to context), and Gabby (like so many other things, "Daddy" - again, context). Other favorites include Kayla, Eva, Kingsley, and Luke, even though he can't say Kingsley and Luke's names yet.
It's so fun to see Jack remember his favorite people and call for them by name. He's such a sociable little guy.
