Getting crafty

I don't consider myself a crafty person at all. But these past couple of weeks, I've been inspired to try some (very easy!) crochet patterns to make for the kids and for our friends. I'm nowhere near as good at crocheting as my mom is, but these were pretty fun and gratifying to make.

The project that started it all - the baby boy sweater:

Beret for Violet, which she clearly loves:

I have a couple of other project ideas I want to try, but we'll see how motivated I get in the upcoming weeks.
