Just a funny exchange with Violet in the car this morning. She was whining about something and getting on my nerves.
Me: Stop it, Violet!
Violet: NO! You're a BAD baby!
Me, trying not to laugh: You mean a bad mommy?
V: Yeah! You're a bad mommy! You copied me!
M: I didn't copy you, Violet. I scolded you.
V: You DID copy me!
She stopped for a little bit but then started whining again a few minutes later.
M: Violet, be quiet!
V: NO! You're a BAD mommy! You copied me!
M, laughing: Ok, Violet.
V: Mommy, you're really nice.
Sheesh!
