Why is it...
...that "quiet" never means "good" with a non-sleeping toddler? Whenever I leave Jack in a room by himself for a few minutes and I don't hear any noise, I know immediately to be suspicious. I know I won't find him sedately flipping through a book or playing nicely with a toy. No, "quiet" always means "naughty." Like the other day, when he discovered a box of Q-tips:
Another only one timeout day! Yay! Or are we plateauing? (Wow, that's a whole lot of vowels in a row...)
